Seeking Qualified Pivot Irrigation Installer

Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Pivot Irrigation Installer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing pivot irrigation systems for agricultural clients. Your expertise will ensure optimal irrigation efficiency, contributing to sustainable farming practices.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Installation: Set up and install pivot irrigation systems according to specifications and customer needs.

  • Maintenance: Perform routine inspections, maintenance, and repairs on existing irrigation systems to ensure functionality and efficiency.

  • Troubleshooting: Diagnose and resolve issues with irrigation systems, including electrical, mechanical, and hydraulic problems.

  • Collaboration: Work closely with farmers and agricultural specialists to assess irrigation needs and provide recommendations.

  • Documentation: Maintain accurate records of installations, repairs, and maintenance activities.

  • Safety Compliance: Adhere to safety regulations and best practices during installation and maintenance activities.

 

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; technical training in agricultural engineering or a related field is a plus.

  • Experience in irrigation installation or agriculture-related work preferred.

  • Knowledge of irrigation systems, including pivot systems and water management practices.

  • Strong problem-solving skills and mechanical aptitude.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

  • Excellent communication skills to interact with clients and colleagues.

  • Valid driver’s license; ability to operate agricultural machinery is a plus.
